Poseidon™ is the world’s first IP68 (Ingress Protection) rated personal portable battery charger1. No other device has come close to the sheer protection Poseidon delivers. By utilizing patented technology both on the inside and outside of the device, it is rated for full submersion up to 4 feet and up to 45 minutes.
- Water Resistant Electronic Ports
Accidents happen, and sometimes we forget to close the protective port covers of our devices. For other devices, this leaves electronics completely vulnerable to water. Poseidon is unique as the only portable charging device that is water-resistant (IPX3) with the port covers open.
Military Grade Drop Resistance – MIL-STD 810G
Poseidon meets the military standard for drops of MIL-STD 810G, which is rated for drops up to 6 feet on flat surfaces. This high rating is achieved through four aspects of design:
