What is your return’s policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in the return’s form within 30 days of purchase and send it to jackblack@gravelandtour.co.za . Ensure the item or items are in their original condition. If you wish to exchange please note you can only exchange a product in a different size or colour. Subject to stock availability. If you want a completely different item please continue with your return for a full refund and re-order online. You will be refunded the full amount excluding the cost of shipping.
How do I make a return?
Fill out returns form and send it to jackblack@gravelandtour.co.za. When will then contact you.
How long do I have to return an item?
You may return your item within 30 days of purchase.
What if my item is faulty?
If you think your item is faulty please contact us at jackblack@gravelandtour.co.za to initiate your claim.
