If you’re not completely satisfied with an item and it is unused and the component has been unfitted you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund excluding the cost of shipping.

If you’re returning a bike or similar bulky item please contact us and we’ll make it easy for you to return it to us.

Notify us of your return – please fill out the attached return form and send it to info@gravelandtour.co.za

Get your parcel ready – we will notify you when your parcel will be collected by our courier partner
Please return your items, in the original packaging in which your order was delivered. Alternatively, place the items inside a clean plastic bag and seal securely. Our courier partner will collect the parcel from the address you provided.

Once the item returned has been evaluated by our team we will notify you and issue a refund. Please note you will only be refunded for the item returned and not for any courier charges.

What is your return’s policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in the return’s form within 30 days of purchase and send it to info@gravelandtour.co.za . Ensure the item or items are in their original condition. If you wish to exchange please note you can only exchange a product in a different size or colour. Subject to stock availability. If you want a completely different item please continue with your return for a full refund and re-order online. You will be refunded the full amount excluding the cost of shipping.

How do I make a return?

Fill out returns form and send it to info@gravelandtour.co.za. When will then contact you.

How long do I have to return an item?

You may return your item within 30 days of purchase.

What if my item is faulty?

If you think your item is faulty please contact us at info@gravelandtour.co.za to initiate your claim.
