Waterproof: Made with durable, water-resistant rip-stop nylon fabric.
Ergonomic Design: Comfortable shoulder straps and ventilated foam hip belt for enhanced comfort.

Ergonomic Shoulder Straps
– Airmesh wrapped perforated foam with seamless contact area around neck to prevent possible chaffing for enhanced comfort
Shoulder Strap Adjustability
– Fold out upper back panel for easy access to adjustable length webbing straps (the 2”webbing replaces the 2”Velcro Strips)
Shoulder Strap Features
– Velcro detachable “Beaver Tails pockets”The Beaver Tails are now attached with Velcro, these can be replaced with our new “Bottle Tails” which will be available spring 2016
Hip Belt Construction
– Airmesh wrapped ventilated foam, added thickness and mesh on both sides add comfort and breathability

– The lumbar panel, now attached by Velcro allows easy access to the hip belt rear adjustable Velcro design

– The ergonomic forward pull design is carried over from the AS-2, the ¾”webbing and buckle is replaced with 1” webbing and an easy release 1.25”buckle

– The internal and external single Velcro loops for attaching hydration reservoirs have been replaced with dual nylon attachment hooks
